Muffini su česti u Engleskoj i Americi, ali zbog svoje jednostavnosti i raznolikosti u pripremi omiljeni su diljem svijeta. Muffini su brz, jednostavan i jako ukusan kolač koji će zadovoljiti i najistančanije ljubitelja slatkog. Možete ih jesti za doručak, uz popodnevni čaj ili za užinu. Zbog cimeta i jabuka koji se koriste u ovom receptu vaš dom će još dugo mirisati, a ukućani će ubrzo tražiti još. Djeca posebno vole ovaj “mali” kolačić i rado ih nose u školu kao desert poslije ručka.

Muffins are commonly prepared in England and America, but because of their simplicity and diversity in the preparation they became one of the favorite sweets throughout the world. Muffins are quickly, easy to make and very tasty cakes that will please all lovers of sweet. You can eat them for breakfast, while sipping afternoon tea or a snack. Because of cinnamon and apples that are used in this recipe, a pleasant fragrance will spread throughout our home and your family members will soon ask for another piece. Children especially love this “little” cookie and often take them to school as a tasty dessert after lunch.

Sastojci za 12 muffina

  • dvije do tri jabuke
  • sok od jednog limuna
  • 250 g brašna
  • 1 prašak za pecivo
  • pola male žličice sode bikarbone
  • 1 jaje
  • 130 g smeđeg šećera
  • 1 vanilin šećer
  • naribana korica limuna i naranče
  • 1 mala žličica cimeta
  • 1 dcl ulja
  • 1 jogurt

Priprema:

Očišćene i na kockice nasjeckane jabuke prelijte sa limunovim sokom. Brašno pomiješajte sa praškom za pecivo, sodom bikarbonom i  dodajte sve sastojke iz recepta. Kada sve dobro izmješate u kompaktnu smjesu dodajte nasjeckane jabuke. Košarice ili kalupe punite dobivenom smjesom i pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°c oko 45 minuta, dok muffini ne poprime lijepu zlatnu boju. Gotove muffine možete nakon hlađenja posipati šećerom u prahu i naravno uživati u njima.

Ingredients for 12 muffins

  • two or three apples
  • one squeezed lemon
  • 250g of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon of baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 130g of brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • grated lemon and orange peel
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 1dcl of oil
  • 1 yogurt

Preparation:

Cleaned and chopped apples mix with the lemon juice. Mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda and stir all the ingredients from the recipe. When it is all well mixed into a compact mixture, add chopped apples. Fill your molds with the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, until muffins turn nicely gold. When the muffins are baked and after they cool, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and of course enjoy eating them.
